Export Shipment Execution • Execute bookings, enter shipment orders, and generate all required export documentation accurately and on time. • Create and complete shipment details in the internal transport management system. • Organize transport arrangements according to customer promises and operational instructions. • Obtain DG approvals when applicable and escalate discrepancies to ensure timely resolution. • Handle day-to-day export shipments including coordination, scheduling, and communication. • Review shipping instructions and resolve inconsistencies by considering country regulations, export compliance requirements, routing details, and customer specifications. • To issue and submit all required documentation e.g. BAL specimen, carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices within 24 hours of departure. • Create files for consolidation containers (Master files). • Release BAL B/L as per Financial Guidelines and Working Instructions. Customer & Stakeholders Collaboration • Communicate with customers at the shipment level to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues. • Work closely with CCL, Sales, and other internal teams to support customer development for both new and existing business. • Collaborate with Overseas counterparts for green-light approvals, shipment handling requirements, and escalation management. • Coordinate with OKAM for key account shipment-level support. Vendor & Partner Management • Monitor supplier performance and drive proactive management to maintain service quality. • Ensure strong data quality to support accurate customer reporting. • Verify incoming supplier invoices and resolve rate discrepancies in a timely manner. • Support coordination of claims, disputes, and corrective actions Other Responsibilities • Ensure cost awareness and profit optimization through timely and accurate cost and revenue updates. • Support CCL by providing cost visibility and operational insights when needed. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and KN governance requirements. • Adherent to revenue care and financial control guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sea freight customer care or related logistics roles Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Able to speak English (spoken and writing). Able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and thrive on challenges.
