Our client is a global luxury brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Retail Operations Executive to join the team. Responsibilities: Assist on daily operations support and prepare routine operation reports for designed markets Provide administrative supports to retail and corporate office Coordinate and assist in store openings and renovation projects Work with different internal department such as Merchandising, PR, VM, etc for store operations matters in order to achieve company goals Coordinate the supply and demand of non-merchandise materials (uniforms, packaging, stationery, etc) for store and office Handle daily claims, invoices arrangement and purchase order form Handle and follow up on shops inquiries and feedback Requirements: University degree holder in business or related disciplines 5 years or above relevant experience in retail company Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills Excellent skill in Excel is essential.
