Summary The Business Analyst - Digital Health Platform is responsible for supporting the Product Manager in gathering business requirements, documenting functional needs, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between business users and the technology team. This role acts as a hands-on Business Analyst and Project Coordinator for digital health platform transformation initiatives, including teleconsultation, e-prescription, digital pharmacy, customer experience, and related healthcare technology workflows. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders such as doctors, pharmacists, operations, customer service, product, MIS, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams. The Business Analyst will help translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, meeting minutes, action trackers, and UAT documentation. This role directly supports project delivery quality, business user alignment, operational efficiency, and successful adoption of digital health platform initiatives. A. Operational Responsibilities Gather business requirements from business users, doctors, pharmacists, operations, customer service, and other internal stakeholders. Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, meeting minutes, action trackers, and issue logs. Coordinate requirement workshops, project meetings, discussion sessions, UAT activities, and follow-up actions with business and technical teams. Support the Product Manager in clarifying business needs, defining scope, prioritising requirements, and tracking project deliverables. Analyse current business processes, user pain points, workflow gaps, and system enhancement opportunities. Review requirements with developers, testers, vendors, and application teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood. Monitor project activities, pending tasks, open issues, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely closure. Support UAT planning by preparing test scenarios, coordinating user testing, tracking defects, and following up until resolution B. Strategic Responsibilities Improve requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and follow-up practices to support better project delivery quality. Analyse user feedback, business needs, and platform usage issues to recommend practical process or system improvements. Support digital health transformation initiatives by ensuring business, product, and technology teams remain aligned. C. People Responsibilities Coordinate effectively with business users, product managers, developers, testers, vendors, support teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to reduce misunderstanding, rework, and project delays. D. Governance / Compliance Ensure requirement documents, meeting minutes, approvals, UAT records, issue logs, and project trackers are properly maintained. Review business requirements and change requests to ensure proper documentation, traceability, prioritisation, and approval. Ensure digital health platform changes are tested, validated, and accepted by business users before production rollout. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered. 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Coordinator, Application Support Analyst, or similar role. Experience in digital platform, healthcare, pharmacy, teleconsultation, e-prescription, e-commerce, CRM, ERP, web application, or mobile application projects is preferred. Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, meeting coordination, UAT support, issue tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. Experience working with business users, product teams, developers, testers, vendors, and support teams. Prior exposure to healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, customer service platforms, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage Able to prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, UAT test cases, meeting minutes, and action trackers. Familiar with requirement gathering, business process mapping, user journey mapping, and system workflow analysis. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods. Able to support UAT planning, defect tracking, issue prioritisation, and post-go-live support. Basic understanding of application systems, web platforms, mobile applications, databases, APIs, system integration, and digital workflows.
