1 ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ดูแลรักษา และเปลี่ยนอะไหล่เครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์ตามแผนการซ่อมบำรุง 2 บำรุงรักษาตามแผน PM ประจำวัน สัปดาห์ หรือเดือน เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายก่อนเกิดขึ้น 3 ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เสริม หรืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เป็นการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของงานและเพื่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน 4 ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง สำหรับการชำรุดที่เกิดซ้ำ ดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกันเพื่อขจัดความเสียหายที่เกิดซ้ำ 5 บำรุงรักษาบันทึกซ่อมบำรุงให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ได้แก่ ใบสั่งงาน ประวัติอุปกรณ์ บันทึก PM รายงานการชำรุด 6 ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมโดยทันทีหลังรับแจ้ง ในกลุ่มของเครื่องจักรที่มีผลกับการผลิต เพื่อลดความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้น 7 ประสานงานกับแผนกจัดซื้อสำหรับการจัดซื้ออะไหล่ เครื่องมือซ่อมบำรุง ติดตามและจะดเก็บในที่ที่เหมาะสม 8 ติดต่อผู้ให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงหรือผู้รับเหมา กรณีที่จำเป็น หรืองานโครงการใหม่ๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย 9 ควบคุมผู้ให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงหรือผู้รับเหมา เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพของงานที่ทำเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
