Job Summary We are seeking a motivated IT Support to support daily IT operations through a ticketing system. This position is suitable for a fresh graduate with an IT-related academic background who has strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting staff and students . Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve IT support requests through the ticketing system. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues. Respond to IT issues raised by staff and students in a professional and timely manner. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT personnel when necessary. Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system updates. Assist in IT asset management, user account setup, and basic system administration tasks. Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Support daily IT operations and ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned. Requirements Fresh graduate in Information Technology or related field. Fundamental knowledge of IT support concepts (hardware, software, Windows OS, networking). Experience with IT ticketing systems is an added advantage. Good spoken English communication skills. Customer service experience or strong customer service skills will be an advantage. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
