Job Responsibilities Responsible for customer PMS project management, customer liaison, information security policy planning, and the management of the factory’s IT infrastructure. Collaborate in SFCS projects and monitor key project progress. Responsible for core database architecture design and maintaining high availability of IT systems. Lead the local factory team in deploying the customer PMS system environment. Participate in SFCS system training together with new team members and plan the subsequent system maintenance structure from a supervisory perspective. Provide second-level technical support for the factory, handle major IT incidents, and guide new team members in becoming familiar with the factory’s IT environment. Responsible for first-line operation and maintenance of the factory’s IT infrastructure, including networks, information security, server hardware and software, firewalls, and network equipment. Maintain the factory’s low-voltage peripheral systems, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and printers. Provide daily HelpDesk support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for factory users. Participate in the actual operation of customer PMS projects and ensure that the factory’s basic IT services remain operational when issues arise. Responsible for SFCS system localisation development, customised modifications, functional testing, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance. Job Requirements Familiar with the management of firewalls, switches, VLANs, servers, Active Directory, Domain, and GPO. Experience in PL/SQL development is preferred. Possess the ability to maintain networks, information security systems, server hardware and software, and basic factory IT equipment. Possess experience or capability in PMS system environment deployment, project coordination, and customer technical liaison. Possess the ability to perform SFCS system development, customised modifications, functional testing, and troubleshooting. Possess HelpDesk support and daily IT issue-resolution capabilities. Able to handle major IT incidents and provide second-level technical support. Able to guide new team members and plan the subsequent system maintenance structure.
