Responsibilities 1) Test Planning & Test Case Design 2) Test Execution (Manual & Automation Testing) 3) Defect Management & Reporting 4) Supporting (Incident, Service Request, Regression Testing) Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or other related fields. At least 1 year experience in software testing / quality assurance for IT applications. Familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and test case design techniques (e.g. Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning). Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail). Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Ability to design test plans, test cases and test scripts based on business/functional requirements. Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how testing fits within it. Basic knowledge of SQL query for data verification. Conducts thorough defect analysis, documents findings, and tracks resolution to closure. Intermediate in English Strong attention to detail and analytical / problem solving skill Fair Communication skills, Team Work, Service Mind Able to work under pressure and meet testing deadlines Able to Travel Upcountry.
