Key Responsibilities: · Prepare production scheduling for Production. · Report immediately to Top management when production scheduling and delivery problems happen. · Manage and support production scheduling and shipping coordination with the Production Manager and/orLine Leader. · Update and analyze customers' forecasts for production and material planning. · Follow up on material scheduling and inventory to ensure receiving record and maintain on hand accuracy at all times. · Coordinate with related areas to control and manage work-in-process (WIP) inventory and (F/G) end items. · Follow up on production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. · Minimize inventory cost and improve dock audit. · Implement statistical /technique for (F/G) inventory control and production planning. · Manage Material Disposition for rejected, obsolete and scrap parts. · Report the overage FG stock and report the EOP Products. · Set up and plan the situation of output capacity and Capability. · Report internal & external backlog and be able to explain and fix to recovery part. · Control and Stock taking in Monthly and follow the requirements of the customer or Internal and External auditor. · Control WIP and Many Factors these effect to the Number of orders and requirements in the system. · Other designated work by Directly Supervisor and Or Management team concerned. Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields. · At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of inventory control. · Knowledge of material planning and knowledge of logistics process material process flow for production. · Good command of English and Good computer skills, especially SAP/Oracle Program · Able to create and send supplier forecasts, schedules, and bulletins to suppliers.
