Assistant Store Manager

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for TOD’S Hong Kong. Responsibilities Assist in retail sales management and monitor store KPIs; Assist teams in the selling process and store operations, and act as a role model; Assist in store people management, including manpower arrangements, training and coaching; inspire and motivate team members to work as a team; Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment etc.; Ensure the CRM KPIs meet company standards, maintain the client portfolio and identify potential client development opportunities; Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint; Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database; Assist in prepare relevant reports to the management. Requirements A minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 1 year ‘s management experience, preferably in luxury industry; Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skills; People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-oriented; Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese; Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
