Job Responsibilities: Monitoring timelines from the shipping date to ensure all quality gates are cleared on time by flagging production delays or shipping blocks if any compliance documents are missing Handling, unboxing, and distributing the final approved production samples used as the baseline standard for inspection Logging sample details, revisions, and approval statuses Building and evaluating physical sample items Uploading and organizing test reports, inspection certificates, and quality records into the Quality Platform Guiding new vendors through the technical registration process, system access setup, and compliance profile creation Quality Platform Requirements: Degree or above in Science / QA / Engineering or other related disciplines 3 years relevant experience in testing labs / buying office / trading industry Basic knowledge of product safety and compliance requirement for EU / UK market Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
