ด้าน Business Analysis & Solution Design o วิเคราะห์ Pain Point, Root Cause และ Business Requirement ร่วมกับ Business Owner o จัดทำ Problem Statement, Business Case, ROI Analysis และ Expected Outcome o วิเคราะห์ As-Is Process และออกแบบ To-Be Process เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน o ออกแบบ Business Solution, Business Rule, User Journey และ Operating Model ที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจอย่างเหมาะสม Strategic Project Management & PMO o บริหาร Strategic Project ตั้งแต่ Planning, Execution, Monitoring จนถึง Project Closing ของโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย o ติดตาม Scope, Timeline, Budget, Risk, Issue และ Dependency ของโครงการ o จัดทำ Project Governance, Steering Update, Executive Dashboard และ Management Report o ประสานงานและขับเคลื่อนการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่าง Business Unit, IT และ Vendor เพื่อให้โครงการสามารถส่งมอบได้ตามเป้าหมาย Business Transformation & Change Management o ขับเคลื่อน Process Improvement และ Transformation Initiative ในระดับองค์กร o สนับสนุนการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management) และการสร้าง Adoption ของผู้ใช้งาน o จัดทำ Communication Plan, Training Approach และ Stakeholder Engagement Plan o ติดตาม Adoption Rate, User Satisfaction และผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลง Benefits Realization & Continuous Improvement o ติดตามผลลัพธ์ของโครงการเทียบกับ Business Case และ Success Metrics o วิเคราะห์ Gap, Risk และ Improvement Opportunity พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง o จัดทำ Post-Implementation Review และ Lesson Learned o สนับสนุนการจัดทำ Portfolio Report และข้อมูลสำหรับการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
