Analyst Programmer

Requirements: Proficient in C# programming language Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field Strong aptitude for numbers and achieved distinction in Mathematics subjects Participation in hackathon or similar coding competitions is an added advantage Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to analyze system requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications, and implement new enhancements and system upgrades as per project requirements. Work closely with users, project teams, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient system integration. Maintain confidentiality and security of developed software source code at all times. Provide application support, conduct internal and user training, perform routine maintenance, and optimize system performance as needed. Assist in project management activities including understanding user requirements, drafting technical proposals, and ensuring compliance with functional specifications. Conduct audits of new applications and associated documentation to ensure quality and accuracy. Ensure IT projects adhere to established timelines and are implemented according to organizational standards and requirements.
