About the Role We are looking for a Financial Analyst (SEA Sales Compensation) to join our FP&A team. This role plays a critical part in managing sales incentive programs, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with Finance, HR, and Sales teams to ensure accurate commission payouts, provide insights, and continuously improve incentive structures.
