Safety Manager

Be responsible for the safety and security management of the company's assets, tourists/visitors, and employees. Manage the Security Department, including staff scheduling, attendance control, training, and performance evaluation. Supervise, monitor, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) laws, regulations, and relevant standards. Develop, maintain, and manage safety-related documentation, including operating manuals, safety standards, work procedures, and other related documents. Develop and regularly update emergency response plans, and organize emergency response and fire evacuation drills on a regular basis. Conduct safety training programs and promote safety awareness among employees to foster a strong safety culture within the organization. Conduct regular inspections of work areas, machinery, equipment, and the working environment to identify hazards and minimize the risk of accidents. Inspect, monitor, and resolve safety issues within the tourist attraction/facility, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Take responsibility for managing emergencies, accidents, and disasters, including incident investigation, report preparation, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Ensure that employees and contractors comply with the company's safety policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate with government authorities, external organizations, and internal departments on matters related to occupational health, safety, and environmental management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
