Quality Control Officer/Senior Officer

Responsibilities : Microbiological Lab ( 1 position) Analyze test report of microbiological testing such as sterility testing, bioburden of water and the environmental system. Identify the microbial found in sample that impact with product quality. Prepare culture media, chemicals reagent and equipment used in microbiological testing. Do microbial storage system and report the type and number of microbial collected to QC supervisor. Assist QC supervisor, welfare and safety within Microbiological Laboratory. If there is an abnormality report QC supervisor and working together to solve problems. Report abnormalities situation that occurs in the Microbiological Laboratory to QC supervisor. Assist QC supervisor, control and maintain culture media, chemical reagent and material stock used in the Microbiological Laboratory do not lack. Report to QC Supervisor when quantity of material lower than minimum stock for order to supplier. Responsibilities : Biochemical Lab ( 1 position) Monitor and control the biochemical quality of the product, materials and production process to meet the standards and requirements set. Maintain quality control system of the organization to comply with GMP, GDP and certified regulatory requirements. Care supplies and equipment used for the biochemical testing. Concern about safety of the workplace in a laboratory. Support production team to produce high quality products using the best practices. Actively participate in the training and assessment of competence as specified in the laboratory and training programs of the organization. Responsibilities : Chemical Lab ( 2 position) Maintain quality control system of the organization to comply with GMP, GDP, ISO14001 and established standard requirements. Implements analytical methods for analysis of raw material, drug substances and drug products, formulated bulk, Im-process control, finish product, and stability study. Implements work instruction for instrument and equipment operation and maintenance and records for every uses. Actively participating in successful and timely completion of training and competency assessment as outlined in the laboratory and departmental training programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical , Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a Quality Control laboratory.
