Job Responsibilities: Manage sales and achieve sales targets; review the sales performance regularly and setting of KPIs for team members; To communicate with respective counter personnel to ensure accurate inventory forecast - clear understanding of fast moving items or otherwise seek for appropriate remedial plans. Provide assistance and coordination when required for counters move-in and move-out, maintenance and renovation; Keeping abreast of the latest beauty market trend and competitors’ information, make proposals from time to time for improving business performance. Study and make suggestions on improvements on internal work system and efficiency (work reports, procedures, etc); conduct sales and business analysis on existing business and may assist in budgeting; Closely communicate with internal departments to ensure good working relationship, effective marketing and promotional supports are in place; Be responsible for the staff management and take appropriate actions to ensure sales target are achieved.
