Market Expansion and Diversification Macro Analysis : Track global macroeconomic trends, geopolitical regulations, and industry disruptions to pinpoint new revenue ecosystems. Demand Creation : Sponsor corporate demand creation strategies and design novel service offerings to capture new demographics. Alliance and Stakeholder Management Strategic Partnerships : Initiate and secure critical institutional relationships with Fortune 500 companies, vendors, and governments. Boardroom Alignment : Present long-term growth roadmaps, performance metrics, and budgets directly to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives. Corporate Governance : Enforce strict corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk controls across all growth ventures. Team Leadership and Executive Performance Talent Management : Provide career direction and performance indicators (KPIs) to regional business development directors. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience gained from large companies Possess relevant experience from the industry of Technology, Real Estate, Industrial Solution, Engineering Services or Automation Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
