Senior Operation Officer (Commodity Trade)

Job Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Senior Operation Officer to support our commodity trading business. The role will be responsible for trade execution and operation. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of trade operations and documentary procedures in commodity trading. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of import and export shipping documents. Follow up vessel loading progress and vessel movement. Coordinate and communicate with internal traders, customers, suppliers, ship owners and bankers to ensure smooth execution of trading transactions. Perform ad hoc assignments as required. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration or related discipline. Knowledge in Letter of Credit and attention to details. At least 5 years of experience in the field of trading operation (commodity trade preferred). Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. Initiative, high sense of responsibility, well organized and multi-tasking. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Candidates with more experience may be considered as Operation Manager.
