Oversee CFS operations, cargo handling, cross-docking, and pallet build-up activities. Ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with customer and company standards. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and company policies. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams to support business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and external vendors. Drive technology and automation initiatives to improve warehouse performance. Job Requirements Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management. Proven experience in team leadership and continuous improvement projects. Lean Six Sigma certification or related training is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics and warehouse operations. Experience with WMS and Microsoft Excel. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in ISO audits and certifications is preferred. RAR and RACSF certification is an advantage.
