I want my training → รายละเอียดงาน: 1. ดําเนินกลยุทธ์การสร้างภาพลักษณ์นายจ้าง (Employer Branding) ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายภาพลักษณ์องค์กร 2. ออกแบบและจัดทําสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์องค์กรทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ในฐานะนายจ้างที่พึงประสงค์(Employer of Choice) 3. พัฒนาเนื้อหาและบริหารช่องทางการสื่อสาร เช่น Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn และอื่น ๆ รวมถึงช่องทางการสื่อสารภายใน เช่น Line OA และ Intranet 4. จัดทําแคมเปญส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การรับสมัครงาน และสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานในฐานะ Brand Ambassador 5. พัฒนาและวัดผลการดําเนินงานผ่านตัวชี้วัด เช่น อัตราการมีส่วนร่วม (Engagement Rate), จํานวนการเข้าถึง (Reach), คุณภาพของผู้สมัคร(Application Quality) และคะแนนความพึงพอใจของผู้สมัคร (Candidate Net Promoter Score) 6. จัดกิจกรรมสร้างคุณค่าในฐานะนายจ้าง (Employer Value Proposition) เช่น กิจกรรม CSR กิจกรรมส่งเสริม Diversity, Equity & Inclusionและกิจกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัย
