Odoo Technical Lead - AI & Automation

The Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving the organization’s Odoo ERP system, including the integration of AI-driven automation tools. He/She will take ownership of both functional and technical aspects of Odoo, ensuring system reliability, resolving internal technical issues, and driving innovation through the implementation of AI agents and automation workflows. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external Odoo partners to deliver scalable, efficient,and future-ready solutions aligned with the company’s growth strategy. Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in IT or any other relevant field At least 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP System Administration Prior experience as ERP system administrator Prior experience as system analyst and system tester or in a similar position English fluency (spoken and written) Solid Working knowledge of Odoo ERP System Required Technical Skills: Excellent level in both written and spoken English (with excellent knowledge of information technology terminology) Proficient with Microsoft software applications and familiarity with ERP Systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline report to Top Management.
