Key Responsibilities On-Premise Infrastructure : Maintain physical server hardware, network racks, switches, and storage arrays (NAS/SAN) directly within our local server room. Proxmox Virtualization : Configure, update, and monitor our Proxmox VE cluster. Manage local KVM virtual machines, Linux Containers (LXC), and high-availability nodes. JDE ERP Support : Deliver technical administration for our JD Edwards environment, including user profile provisioning, environment management, and basic troubleshooting of JDE batch/interactive applications. Local Data Backup & Recovery : Administer strict on-premise backup routines, snapshots, and disaster recovery replication plans using Proxmox Backup Server. User Support : Serve as an escalation point for mid-level technical support tickets regarding network access, infrastructure anomalies, and system errors.
