Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist in the planning and implementation of community programmes, campaigns, and events, while supporting the development of creative and visual materials. The role involves designing promotional and event-related collateral, creating content for digital and social media platforms, assisting with project coordination and event logistics, preparing presentations and reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative support for departmental initiatives and activities. Requirements: Degree holder in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Marketing, or related disciplines Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sizeable organisations Familiar with social media platforms and digital content creation Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics software is an advantage Detail-minded, self-motivated, and willing to learn Creative, proactive, and passionate about visual storytelling and design Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered Benefits Dental plan 5-day week Medical plan Education subsidies Discretionary bonus We are an equal opportunity employer who offer an inclusive and diverse workplace where people are valued and respected.
