Test Development Manager

Responsibilities & Duties: Commitment delivery, Co-ordinating project, Clarify information, Test Proposal development. To qualify and ensure a high standard of test methodology according to customer specification. and to be able to anticipate and improvise a better test solution. To manage a team hardware and software development engineer to implement the confirmed test methodology. To manage and plan the task for all the Test Software Development Engineer. To lead and growth Test Development to another higher level. To continuously exploring new software skills that can be used to enhance our existing Standard. To design and set a high standard of hardware and software usability and as much as possible into the direction of Artificial Intelligence (AI). To design Hardware and Software Architecture and to ensure shorter development time needed. To be responsible and support completion of Factory Acceptance with customers and Site Acceptance buyoff To maintain intellectual property of the developed hardware and software and ensure proper storage of all designs and the source code Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or related fields Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Test Development with strong expertise in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). Skills: Good English communication skills, good Management skills, Advanced computer skills on MS Office Soft skills: Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational, Problem-solving, Adaptability, Attention to detail, Teamwork, Collaboration
