JOB DESCRIPTION Drive and implement corporate ESG projects in alignment with strategic goals and policies. Gather and verify ESG data across business units to compile annual sustainability disclosures following standard frameworks. Evaluate project progress and report performance metrics to ensure target KPIs are met. Oversee operations to maintain compliance with corporate policies and Good Corporate Governance principles. Source training programs and organize PR activities to embed ESG knowledge and sustainability culture among employees. Provide ESG guidance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices across business functions. Facilitate ESG-related meetings, including preparing agendas, coordination, and drafting minutes. JOB SPECIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field. 3–5 years of direct experience in corporate ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, or corporate governance. Strong knowledge of sustainability disclosures and standards. Solid analytical skills with experience in ESG data collection, verification, and KPI tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead workshops, internal PR, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
