Whether you are starting your career as a Junior Personal Trainer or bringing expertise as a Senior Personal Trainer, we welcome you to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to clients’ goals. Provide high-energy, engaging, and safe training sessions. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness objectives. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment. Collaborate with the team to uphold Snap Fitness Tin Hau’s exceptional standards. Requirements Junior Personal Trainer : Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and grow within our supportive team. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English Senior Personal Trainer (2+ years of experience): All Junior Trainer requirements. Certified Personal Trainer (recognized certification such as NASM, ACE, or equivalent). Proven track record of delivering results for clients. Advanced knowledge of fitness programming and coaching techniques. Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior trainers.
