Assistant Manager, Business Development (Insurance Business)

Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and implementing strategies to expand hospital services; contribute to initiatives that enhance competitiveness and align with organizational goals; Identify new opportunities to strengthen hospital presence in the market; support collaboration with insurers, case management teams, and referral networks; Oversee contract preparation, review, and execution, ensuring compliance and accuracy; Provide executive-level support to streamline business operations. Collect and interpret business and market data to guide decision-making; prepare reports and presentations to highlight performance trends and growth potential. Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment of objectives; coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions for hospital growth; build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders and support initiatives that foster trust and long-term collaboration. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) Job Requirements Holder of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines At least 3 years' working experience preferable in healthcare industry, insurance company or Business Development Strong interpersonal skill to facilitate effective communication with internal & external parties Strong organizsation and presentation skills Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office applications Compensation and Employment Terms We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
