Officer - Construction Innovation & Technology Fund

The applicant must possess: a recognised degree; construction-related discipline is preferred; a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience; detailed-minded, proactive character and good sense of responsibility; good communication and interpersonal skills; be a pleasant team player; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.), Chinese word processing is a must; Familiarity with AI and digital tools would be an advantage; and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. (Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.) Duties include: to vet funding applications and disbursement requests, liaising closely with applicants to monitor application status, project progress, and compliance with service pledges; to conduct site inspections at construction sites and applicants’ premises, including physical visits, inspections, report preparation, and follow-up actions; to handle enquiries from applicants and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner; to provide administrative support and assist in the daily operations of the department; to support the department’s marketing and promotional activities and related events or initiatives; and to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
