What You'll Be Doing Lead End-to-End Project Delivery Drive projects from concept development, planning and budgeting through production, installation and final execution Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards Manage project schedules, resources and financial performance Build Strong Client Relationships Serve as a trusted advisor and key contact for clients Understand project objectives and develop practical, innovative solutions Deliver exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle Drive Successful Execution Coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and venue partners Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions Ensure smooth on-site operations and flawless project delivery Manage Diverse Project Portfolio You will have the opportunity to work on: Mega Sports Events Exhibitions & Trade Shows Brand Activations & Experiential Campaigns Corporate Events Interior Fit-out & Venue Refurbishment Projects Permanent Experience Centres & Visitor Attractions What We're Looking For Degree holder in any discipline 3+ years' experience in event management, exhibition, experiential marketing, fit-out, construction or project management Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, client management and presentation skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Resourceful, organised and solution-oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Experience working with multinational clients, large-scale events or sports projects will be a definite advantage.
