About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior AI-Powered Data Analyst to help drive data-driven decision-making and AI adoption across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights, developing automation solutions, and building AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency and business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data visualization solutions. Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL. Develop AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, and intelligent business tools. Integrate data and systems through APIs, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related platforms. Deploy and monitor automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through data and AI. Support the adoption of AI technologies and best practices across the organization. Lead or contribute to end-to-end data and AI projects from concept through implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Automation Development, or AI Solutions. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL . Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, automation workflows, and API integrations.
