Procurement Officer (Ref: JD/PO/04/26)

The role: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. Source goods/services in compliance with internal policies. Review supplier performance and recommend inclusion/exclusion of vendors. Liaise with business units to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs. Process internal purchase requests to ensure competitive pricing and policy compliance. Conduct analysis and prepare procurement reports. Perform general departmental administration and other duties as assigned. Skills and attributes: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in procurement. Skilled at choosing the best purchasing methods to get the best value and protect the company. Proactive, self-motivated, and confident, with good business sense. Strong ability to analyze data and communicate clearly with others. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience with procurement system software is a plus. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Procurement Assistant.
