Senior Officer – Sales Analyst & Commercial Leasing Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven professional to support commercial leasing and business development through sales analysis, performance monitoring, and business forecasting. In this role, you will analyze tenant sales performance, prepare sales projections, evaluate business opportunities, and turn complex data into clear recommendations for management. You will also work closely with tenants and internal teams to support commercial space planning and improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze tenant sales performance, revenue trends, growth opportunities, and key business drivers. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales performance reports for management. Monitor and maintain tenant KPIs, sales data, occupancy performance, and commercial space information. Develop sales projections and financial assessments for new tenants, commercial spaces, and business opportunities. Evaluate tenant performance, business potential, market trends, customer demand, and competitive conditions. Identify underperforming tenants or commercial areas and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement. Create dashboards, presentations, and management reports that clearly communicate key findings and business insights. Use Excel, data visualization tools, and AI tools to analyze data, summarize findings, and improve reporting efficiency. Support the preparation of commercial proposals, rental quotations, and business cases for management approval. Coordinate with tenants and internal departments regarding contracts, billing, store opening processes, layouts, and operational requirements. Support tenant sourcing and maintain a pipeline of potential operators for available commercial spaces. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, commercial analysis, business development, leasing, retail, shopping mall, food and beverage, or a related business. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Experience in sales forecasting, KPI monitoring, business performance analysis, or feasibility analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data analysis, and report preparation. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools would be an advantage. Able to prepare professional reports and presentations using data and numerical evidence. Good communication, coordination, presentation, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience in commercial leasing, retail operations, shopping malls, airports, or food and beverage businesses would be an advantage.
