Our client: Our client is a leading IT solution house. Responsibilities: Act as the primary owner of project delivery. Manage expectations around scope, timeline, and trade-offs with complete transparency. Own the what and why . Capture user needs, set priorities, and make tough go/no-go calls against agreed business outcomes. Use AI tools to quickly build interactive prototypes, speeding up alignment and requirement-gathering with clients. Turn client needs into precise, edge-case-tested specifications and acceptance criteria that AI coding agents can execute directly. Drive final acceptance testing. Catch solutions that meet technical specs but miss the business goal before the client sees them. Set up AI agents to continuously track timeline, budget, and risk—using real-time signals to unblock work rather than chasing manual updates. Partner with a Tech Lead in a dual-ownership pod. You own scope and priority; they own technical architecture and code quality. Requirements: 4–6+ years in client-facing project delivery, product management, or business analysis within tech. Active, daily use of AI to prototype, draft, synthesize, and direct work (required, not an advantage). A habit of automating repetitive tasks, setting up verification checks for AI output, and creating reusable frameworks. Sharp business judgment to spot when a build strictly follows a spec but fails to solve the actual business problem. Direct experience handling commercial conversations around scope changes, budget adjustments, and delivery commitments. Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field—though practical capability matters far more than credentials. Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
