รายละเอียดตำแหน่งงาน (Job Description) 1.ตรวจสอบการเปิดใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีที่ได้รับจากส่วนงานแคชเชียร์ 2.บันทึกบัญชีรายการรับเงินประจำวัน รวมถึงสรุปการบันทึกรับเงินทุกสิ้นวัน 3.บันทึกค่าธรรมเนียมบัตรเครดิต 4.ตั้งหนี้ค่าซื้อรถ,ค่าอะไหล่ และค่าใช้จ่ายตามสัญญา 5.จัดทำเอกสารวางบิลและบันทึกรับเงินลูกค้าเครดิต ตลอดจนติดตามยอดที่ค้างชำระ 6.ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี,หนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 7.จัดเก็บเอกสารการรับเงิน-จ่ายเงินประจำเดือน 8.ตรวจนับ Stock และ Fix asset ประจำปี 9.ตรวจเอกสาร Sales summary เพื่อออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีขายรถยนต์ และบันทึกรับเงินให้เสร็จสิ้น Job Description 1. Verify the issuance of receipts/tax invoices received from the cashier department. 2. Record the daily receipt transactions and summarize the daily receipt entries at the end of each day. 3. Record credit card fees. 4. Record vehicle purchases, spare parts, and contractual expenses. 5. Prepare billing documents and record payment receipts for credit customers, and follow up on overdue balance. 6. Verify and file invoices, withholding tax certificates. 7. Filing receipt and payment documents at the end of every month. 8. Annual Stock and Fix Asset Count 9.
