Objectives of the position 主要職責: Enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective warehouse management in spare parts logistics . Ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations and accurate inventory control. 透過有效的備件物流倉庫管理，提高營運效率與顧客滿意度。確保順暢的入庫和出庫操作以及準確的庫存控制 Responsibilities 職責: Manage daily warehouse operations: inbound / outbound, receiving, checking, and order fulfillment 管理日常倉庫運作例如進貨/出貨、收貨、檢查和訂單履行 Support inventory control, repair tools storage, returns processing, and monthly stock counts. Maintain accurate records in SAP 支持庫存控制、維修工具儲存、退貨處理及每月庫存盤點並維護SAP記錄準確 Package shipments according to distribution requirements with proper safety protection and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment 根據分配要求包裝貨物，確保適當的安全保護並協調訂單篩選、出貨交易流程，維持清潔、安全和有序的倉庫環境 Liaise with internal teams, service partners, and transport providers to ensure timely and reliable delivery 與內部團隊、服務夥伴等緊密溝通和合作 Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Senior Warehouse Administrator 具備更多工作經驗者將被考慮為高級倉庫管理員 Requirements 入職要求: Secondary education; 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred 中五學歷或以上; 具1-2年倉庫或物流經驗者優先 Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills 有責任心、注重細節及具備較強的解難能力者 Good communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
