Safety Standards & Compliance: Oversee the safety management system to ensure compliance with standards defined by Regional Shopee. Keep safety laws and regulations up to date, submit required statutory reports to government authorities, and supervise the first-aid room. Proactive Safety & Audits: Conduct regular safety walks, drive deep-dive audits, and encourage team members to actively submit hazard reports. Incident Analysis & Prevention: Investigate and analyze accidents, compile safety statistics, and develop preventive measures to minimize risks, while sharing lessons learned to prevent recurrence. Training & Awareness: Deliver safety and occupational health training to all employees, contractors, and visitors, and establish a "train-the-trainer" program to empower team members to conduct training sessions. Site & Equipment Management: Manage the safety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and forklifts, control warehouse traffic, oversee the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and lead the 5S initiative. Emergency & Change Management: Plan and conduct emergency drills, and manage safety protocols during changes in work processes, layouts, or systems through Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE), Public Health, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HSE management (direct experience in logistics, warehousing, or E-commerce industries is highly preferred). Proficient in English writing, with a creative mindset and the ability to use Canva or other design tools to produce safety communication and promotional materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with a proactive work ethic and strong, rapid problem-solving abilities. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to commute/work on-site at the Shopee Warehouse (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya).
