Site Agent / Sub Agent

A Cat.C “Road & Drainage” and “Site Formation” Civil Engineering Main Contractor has the following immediate vacancies: - Responsibilities: Oversee comprehensive site management to ensure adherence to company standards related to safety, environmental concerns, documentation, progress tracking, quality assurance, and resource utilization. Collaborate with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to address site issues and foster strong partnership relations. Supervise the performance of the entire site team and provide clear guidance. Generate regular reports for the Project Manager to evaluate project performance. Requirements : Corporate Member of the HKIE or equivalent qualification in civil engineering discipline; 10 years post professional qualification experience in the construction contracts; (i) at least 5 years of experience should be as a main contractor’s Site Agent. (ii) Also, at least 2 years of proven experience as Construction Manager or Site Agent in the use of NEC ECC contracts; or be accredited or certified NEC Project Manager recognized by an international or local construction-related professional institution/institute; or have successfully completed a recognized training course for NEC Project Manager. Proactive and responsible with strong leadership and interpersonal skills; MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), MS Project, Driving license; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
