This presents an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to support data-driven performance management and reporting across the business. Job Offer: Data Analyst (Operations, Finance & Commercial) Your Responsibilities: Operations Support reporting on production, inventory, and supplier performance. Analyze operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in monitoring material flow and working processes. Support structured data collection across operational departments and consolidate operational data across entities into standardized reporting structures. Finance Support P&L analysis and management reporting. Assist with budget and forecast tracking. Contribute to cost transparency and variance analysis. Support monitoring of working capital indicators. Ensure consistency between ERP data and financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for revenue, cost and profitability analysis. Commercial Support analysis of sales performance, order intake, and backlog. Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline, order intake and forecast visibility. Monitor revenue and margin development. Improve CRM data quality and reporting consistency. Support pipeline tracking, gap-to-target analysis and forecast visibility. Reporting & Systems Develop and maintain reporting models and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar tools.) Support integration of ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. Contribute to reporting automation and data standardization. Replace fragmented Excel-based reporting with automated BI dashboards and structured data models. Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred). Working understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP, Sage, etc.) Basic understanding of operational and financial processes. Structured, analytical, and proactive working style.
