We love that you will… Manage training plan and update with key stakeholders Manage on registration and tracking records of trainee and training programs Estimate and plan material for training/ programs (practice skill) Update and manage of employee’s database, tracking and summary report of skill development Review training material in stocks and ensure for the effectiveness training Manage HRMS system by open-closed courses, key in time attendance, training records, and training request Registration of media file in system (training VDO, E-book and other learning resources) Support Pandora Production Academy projects and cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities Provide information for production academy project as requirement. We love that you are… Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field. At least 2-3 years of work experience in data analysis. Proficient in computer, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables). Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues efficiently. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
