About the role We are seeking a Procurement (Chinese Speaking) professional to join our team at our facility in Plaeng Yao, Chachoengsao. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to drive procurement excellence and manage supplier relationships in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the consistent supply of quality components to support our production operations. Your proficiency in Chinese will be essential for managing communications with our Asian suppliers and business partners, making you a vital link in our international supply chain. This position offers significant scope for growth and the chance to make a tangible impact on our operational efficiency and business objectives. Key responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, with particular focus on suppliers in Chinese-speaking regions Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and quality agreements Source and procure raw materials, components, and supplies required for PCB manufacturing operations Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods Communicate with suppliers in Chinese to clarify specifications, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships Monitor supplier performance against established quality, delivery, and cost metrics Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with operational requirements Address supplier disputes and implement corrective actions as needed What we're looking for Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within manufacturing or retail environments Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and purchase orders simultaneously Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality assurance and compliance Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade regulations is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
