Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track business performance. Support integration of new data sources and ensure consistency in reporting. Perform basic data analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports to support decisions—e.g., campaign performance, website/app traffic, sales trends. Etc. Help transform raw data into actionable insights to guide business actions. Collaborate with team members to interpret data and clearly communicate findings. Document reporting processes, dashboards and data structures. Learn and apply basic statistical methods and BI tools under guidance. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in analytics, BI or related work is welcome. Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL is a required; Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus. Interest in data analysis, problem-solving and learning new tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members. Eager to learn, self-motivated and able to work under guidance.
