Job Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor/ Store Manager for policy execution and sales management; Perform with high performance of sales achievement and store operation management; Fulfil sales goals by training, motivating and advising sales team; Foster a professional customer focused culture and provide excellent per & after sales services; Maintain outstanding store conditions; Assist in store administration and ensure policies and procedures are compiled; Lead as an example with great attitude and high performance; Responsible for training of sales team; Visiting customers’ homes to deliver our in-house Interior Design Service; Provide strong follow up on quotations and Sales orders to ensure and minimize customer complaints. Requirements: Passion and an ambition to grow with the company; Experience in retail selling, not limited in any industry; Positive attitude and have a spirit of constant improvement; Integrity on running the own store and team; Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a big advantage; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
