Brand & Community Manager (Lifestyle & Student Living) Drive the resident experience and shape the identity of a fast-growing, venture-backed student living brand in Hong Kong. We are searching for an energetic community creator who thrives on building vibrant offline cultures and creating engaging social content. In this ground-floor role, you will serve as the core ambassador for the property, bridging online storytelling with in-person resident engagement. Key Responsibilities Community & Resident Experience: Organize welcome orientations, run structured resident programming (networking events, study sessions, local cultural outings), and lead non-maintenance resident communication via WeChat and WhatsApp. Establish local merchant partnerships (cafes, gyms, essential student services) to curate exclusive perks and keep the environment welcoming. Content Strategy & Social Media: Manage and launch presence across RED (小红书), Instagram, and short-form video platforms. Direct on-site visual content featuring residents, oversee content calendars aligned with university move-in seasons, run UGC/micro-influencer initiatives, and track engagement analytics to drive recruitment inquiries. Brand Execution: Maintain cohesive brand standards across physical property signage, move-in welcome packages, and digital assets. Collaborate with external agency partners on marketing collateral. Candidate Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in content creation, social media management, hospitality, or community building (co-living, boutique hotel, or creative agency background preferred). Expert fluency in RED (小红书) strategy, culture, and engagement techniques. Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to switch naturally between languages. Strong visual sense, basic video editing skills, and comfortable directing shoots on-site. High social energy, warm personality, and deep understanding of Hong Kong’s non-local student community.
