Role and Responsibility: Prepare profit and loss statement / financial related report. (ranging from daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly to annually) Prepare annual budget (Forecasting) – includes create, review and maintenance. Prepare annual bank tax returns and communication with relevant authorities (internal and external) in relation to taxation. Monitor and investigate any discrepancies of accounting GL entries (including creating new ones for new products). Ensure all accounting transactions by all departments for each month are recorded. In charge of bank’s payables . Verify the reconciliation of daily and monthly accounting (including nostro and vostro) entries.
