Senior Merchandiser (Toys)

About Our Client Our client is an established global leader in custom manufacturing (OEM/ODM), specializing in high-quality toys, board games, puzzles, and paper/plastic products. With integrated manufacturing capabilities across Hong Kong and Mainland China, they serve international brands and retail partners worldwide. To support their expanding product development pipeline, they are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end product development cycle. Key Responsibilities Handle and coordinate the full development cycle for plastic and paper products, with a strong focus on board games and tabletop puzzles, directly with manufacturing facilities. Assist in managing supplier networks, creating and tracking development schedules, conducting cost comparisons and margin calculations, and sourcing raw materials and vendors. Follow up on orders seamlessly with factories, overseas customers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and strict on-time delivery. Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by management. Requirements & Qualifications Form 7 / Diploma or above. 5 years or above hands-on experience in OEM/ODM plastic and paper product development (direct experience in board games or puzzles is strongly preferred). Candidates with less experience will be considered for Merchandiser. Strong understanding of the plastic and paper product development lifecycle and schedule tracking is a definite advantage. Proficient in English and standard PC/ERP software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising effectively with overseas clients and factory suppliers. Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently under tight project timelines.
