Job Description: Acquire new clients through diverse channels, including but not limited to leveraging existing networks, organizing marketing events, and attending industry seminars; Act as the principal relationship manager for institutional and high-net-worth clients, addressing their diverse needs across trading, operations, and compliance while fostering long-term relationships; Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives including new projects and products to drive revenue growth; Keep abreast of market trends and investment products to facilitate new product development, and design viable solutions to meet clients' diverse demands; Conduct market research and prepare professional deliverables, such as research reports, investment proposals, and strategic presentations. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, institutional business development, or client relationship management in futures/securities brokerage firms or investment banks; Energetic and outgoing with a strong enthusiasm for achieving goals; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
