About the client Our client is a leading multinational company in the food industry, with an established presence across Asia and global markets. The organization is recognized for its strong market position and diversified business operations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and business needs. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals. Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and market developments to achieve sales targets and account objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Account Servicing. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales and revenue targets. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers at different levels.
