Job Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to expand services to corporate clients, and specialist / GP network referrals; Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and support initiatives that foster trust and long-term collaboration; Research, target, and reach out to new corporate clients, insurance providers, third-party administrators (TPAs), community organizations, and referral networks; Draft tailored sales proposals, quotation packages; Handle day-to-day administrative coordination and account servicing for existing business and insurance partners; Timely address and resolve client inquiries, service feedback, or billing concerns; Assist in planning and executing wellness events, onsite health fairs, corporate talks, and health screening drives; Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree qualification preferable in healthcare or business related disciplines; 1–2 years of experience in medical clinics, imaging centres, insurance, or related fields/ Insurance is preferred; Medical Insurance experience is a must; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; Team player and able to work independently and under pressure; Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
