You will drive product quality and operational precision by verifying incoming electronic components against customer specifications and technical data sheets. Your meticulous inspection, accurate data entry, and non-conformance management will ensure defect-free product routing and seamless fulfillment operations from intake to final shipment. Responsibilities Verify incoming parts against purchase orders, product data sheets, and customer requirements. Record product details into receiving systems and prepare complete inspection reports. Process non-conforming items following quality management standards and resolve discrepancies. Label products for final packaging according to specific customer requirements. Assist in retrieving inventory from stock to facilitate timely shipment processing. Support quality procedures, continuous improvement processes, and workplace safety standards. Requirement At least 2 years' inspection experience, preferably within the electronic components industry. Experience operating computer systems and logging receiving inventory data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard computer hardware. Compliance with corporate and state health and safety regulations. Communication skills in English (verbal and written) for detailed documentation and reporting.
