Business Support Intern – Futures

About the role We are looking for a Business Support Intern – Futures to support designated business functions and projects relating to the company's futures business. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in financial markets and wish to gain practical exposure to the futures and derivatives industry. Key responsibilities Assist with business, data and system support for assigned functions. Assist with user acceptance testing of trading systems and provide feedback on system functions, workflows and user interface. Assist with data checking, record maintenance and preparation of internal reports. Support business projects and process improvement initiatives. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the company. About you Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accountancy, Information Systems or a related discipline. Strong interest in financial markets, particularly futures and derivatives. Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
